Can I put it in a microwave?

This product is not microwave proof.

Can I use a bleaching agent?

It is possible to use for the double wall mug. However, when used on the gold filter, it is possible for damage to occur on the black plastic section. Please read the notes on the bleaching agent’s bottle and use as directed.

HOW TO USE GOLD FILTER DOUBLE WALL MUG

STEP1

Have medium ground coffee ready for the cup.

Adjust the amount of coffee for your taste.
STEP2

Put the ground coffee into the filter.
STEP3

Set the filter to the mug.
STEP4

Pour boiled hot water in the filter.

The first pour is only around 10ml for infusion. Pour around 170ml 40 seconds later.
STEP5

Spin the lid and filter 5 times.

After around 4 minutes from the first pour, spin the lid and filter 5 times.
STEP6

Remove the filter from the cup.

Turn the lid upside down and it will become a filter stand.

Due to the nature of metal filters, there will be a small amount of ground coffee in the cup, however, this does not affect the quality of the cup. You may choose not to drink entirely and leave the coffee grounds on the bottom of the cup.
